Yes Sir, Yes Ma'am. No Sir, No Ma'am. No sagging pants for anyone, no earrings/painted nails/make-up for males. Fellas, open the door for the ladies. No foul language, no disrespect of any kind.
The true definition of respect. Self-esteem comes from doing something, and doing it right. If you get suspended at school, you're out of Big Chiefs. Everybody works, period.
Do what you're told. Don't blame others, take responsibility for your own actions. Take your hat off when you go indoors. No one owes you anything.
